Dr. Bill Mulliken has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in the Seattle area for more than 25 years. A life-long resident of Washington and a Bellevue High School graduate, Dr. Mulliken studied chemistry as an undergraduate and graduated from the University of Washington Dental School in 1980.

Currently, Dr. Mulliken is a respected member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Great Blue Heron, a component of the Seattle Study Club, and the Crown Council, a national group of leading-edge dentists committed to providing exceptional care.

Dr. Mulliken's commitment to continuing education helps him provide the highest quality dentistry for his patients in Mill Creek and the Seattle area. Trained as both a restorative and cosmetic dentist, Dr. Mulliken utilizes the latest techniques and materials to restore both the beauty and strength of his patients' smiles. As part of his future efforts to stay up to date on the latest advances in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Mulliken will be continuing his association and education with the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum at the University of Pacific in San Francisco, one of the world's most respected cosmetic dentistry training programs. Most recently, he completed some of the most advanced functional and aesthetic courses available in dentistry.

Dr. Mulliken has three children. As a family they enjoy boating and snow skiing. He also enjoys traveling, tennis, fly-fishing, and scuba diving.

Joan – Office Manager

Joan is a key member of our business and patient relations team. Joan oversees all three doctors and keeps the office running smoothly and timely. She brings to our team more than 25 years in customer service along with the Nordstrom philosophy in client relations. Ask Joan how she can make your visit more comfortable. Joan is currently enjoying her newfound passion as a grandma. She also enjoys traveling overseas, her latest trip taking her on a safari in South Africa.

Karen – Treatment and Financial Coordinator

Karen is our primary treatment and financial coordinator. She specializes in facilitating financial plans that allow patients to proceed with the cosmetic or restorative dentistry treatment they desire. She always goes the extra mile to help answer any questions on treatment plan options. Karen is currently in the process of becoming a certified Dentrix trainer. Dentrix is the software system we utilize that integrates treatment planning and scheduling to better serve patients. Karen brings to the practice more than 30 years of dental experience and also has first hand experience in smile design. She and her husband of more than 27 years enjoy cooking together and spending time with their two grown sons. Karen also enjoys gardening and being queen mom to her red hatters group.

Kim – Insurance Benefit and Billing Coordinator

Kim is the mastermind behind the scenes. She is a vital part of our business and patient relations team. Kim works very hard to stay on top of the latest insurance information and benefits. She is an expert at deciphering our patient's benefits and will go to bat for them to maximize their treatment needs. Kim is well-versed in the dentist's office, bringing more than 25 years of clinical and administrative knowledge. Kim and her husband have three boys and as a family spend most of their time on the basketball court. She also works part time in our local school district and is very involved in the PTA, fundraising, and classroom activities.

Stacy – Dental Assistant

Stacy's goal is to make all of our new patients comfortable and she goes to all lengths to create a five-star atmosphere. She is our concierge for outstanding patient relations. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care with the greatest amount of comfort. Stacy assists with all clinical procedures and always goes the extra mile to make our patients feel at home. She keeps our team organized and running smoothly and timely. Stacy also oversees and manages our sedation dentistry program. Sedation dentistry is a safe, sleep-like state where you are comfortable and at ease to complete years’ worth of dentistry in just one or two visits. Stacy and her husband enjoy taking family vacations and spending time with friends. They always welcome the opportunity to escape to Las Vegas for a little gambling; however, their true fortune is at home with their beautiful twins.

Cheryl – Dental Assistant

Cheryl assists with all clinical procedures and excels at helping our patients achieve the beautiful smile they deserve. Cheryl specializes in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. Cheryl’s cosmetic dentistry skills have been enhanced at PacLive. PacLive is one of dentistry’s premier live patient, hands-on continuing educations programs in the United States. Cheryl is often complemented for being attentive to our patients' needs, making sure that they understand and are comfortable during all phases of smile design. Cheryl is comfortable with the latest developments in dental technology and materials, therefore allowing her to provide the highest standard of care and comfort to our patients. Cheryl and her husband keep busy with their three sons, and enjoy many outdoor activities.

Dannelle – Dental Assistant

Dannelle is our Children's Preventive Specialist and whitening expert. As our whitening technician, Dannelle will customize each patients whitening program. Dannelle is highly skilled in our in-office whitening system ZOOM!®. With ZOOM!® we can make your teeth several shades lighter and brighter in one office appointment. Dannelle has also been instrumental in developing our children's healthcare center. The children that come to our office for dental care cannot wait to come back. They leave excited about visiting the dentist and caring for their own teeth at home. Dannelle graduated from dental assisting school on the Dean's List and received an award for her professionalism. Dannelle has one son, who is the true light of her life. They enjoy camping, traveling, and biking.

Heidi – Dental Hygienist

Heidi is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is a specialist in preventive care and periodontal therapy. Using the most current modalities for treating disease, Heidi enjoys helping our patients attain a healthy and beautiful smile. Our preventative care team uses the latest technology, such as the intraoral camera, computer imaging, and ultrasonic scaler, to help our patients achieve better dental health. Heidi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University's School of Communications and later went on to earn her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Her continuing education classes have been taken from dentistry’s top dental programs, including PacLive and Blue Herron Study Club. Heidi enjoys yoga and working-out. With her family she enjoys boating, diving, and snow skiing.

Jenny – Dental Hygienist

Jenny is a Registered Dental Hygienist and an integral member of our preventive care team. Jenny specializes in educating our patients and helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. All treatment is uniquely customized for our patients’ individual needs and concerns. Jenny utilizes all modalities to provide our patients with a comprehensive treatment plan to ensure patient health. As a northwest native, Jenny took her pre-dental hygiene courses in Idaho, where she earned her first Associate of Arts and Science degree. Jenny later attended Lake Washington Technical College where she received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Jenny has many newly found activities, including biking and gardening. Jenny and her husband have one son and a new set of twins.
