Bill J. Mulliken, DDS

Dr. Bill J. Mulliken has been practicing dentistry in Mill Creek for over 40 years. He grew up in Washington, graduating from Bellevue High School. He then attended the University of Washington, studying chemistry. Dr. Mulliken graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1980 and has been in practice in Mill Creek ever since.

His scope of practice includes general and cosmetic dentistry, as well as implants, extractions, and sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Mulliken uses the latest generation composite materials to restore teeth, being minimally invasive while keeping the utmost strength and natural beauty of your teeth. We feature a variety of cutting edge materials including Bioclear injection molded composite restorations, lithium disilicate crowns, Zirconium crowns, as well as traditional gold crowns.

Dr. Mulliken has trained at the University of the Pacific with the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, The Seattle Study Club, as well as the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He also completed a mini residency in sleep dentistry and TMD at the University of Utah.

Dr. Mulliken has also obtained Diplomate status with The American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM).The Diplomate status signifies significant postgraduate training in the treatment of sleep disordered breathing.

Dr. Mulliken and his wife, Heidi, have three grown children. He enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and fly fishing, as well as family vacations.

Bahara Naimzadeh, DDS

Dr. Bahara Naimzadeh earned her doctorate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and is excited to practice in her home state! Dr. Bahara grew up in beautiful Bellingham, WA where her family still lives. She attended Western Washington University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology/anthropology. After completing dental school at the UW, she pursued a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she gained additional training in implant dentistry, esthetics, and complex treatment planning.

While in dental school, Dr. Bahara was heavily involved in outreach programs and was the recipient of a competitive national scholarship for students who demonstrate a commitment to community service. Dr. Bahara continues to approach dentistry with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care. She is dedicated to helping each patient understand their oral health needs and offers guidance on how to reach their goals. She strives to build long-term relationships with her patients and prioritizes providing dental care that combines esthetics, function, and longevity. Whether it is a simple procedure or a complex restorative case, Dr. Bahara is committed to helping patients feel comfortable and taken care of.

When Dr. Bahara is not in the office treating patients, she enjoys spending time traveling, hiking, playing tennis, and most of all spending time with her baby niece!

Treatment & Financial Coordinator

Karen is the voice on the phone and the smile at the front desk. She started her career as a dental assistant and, over the years, found her true passion is helping the patients at the front desk.

Karen and her husband of more than 30 years enjoy spending time with their two sons, their daughters-in-law, and their pride and joy—their two grandsons. Together they love to travel and entertain friends and family. She loves a great Motown song on her iPod and sports purple during Husky Football season. Go Dawgs!

Kim

Insurance Benefit & Billing Coordinator

Kim is a vital part of our practice and patient relations team. She works hard to stay on top of the latest insurance information and benefits. She is an expert at deciphering our patients’ coverage and is diligent in helping patients maximize their treatment benefits. Kim is well-versed in the dental office, bringing many years of dental experience, both clinical and administrative.

Kim and her husband have three grown sons. She enjoys spending time with family, fishing, reading, and interior design.

Yuri

Dental Hygienist

Yuri joined our team in 2007 working as a dental hygienist in the US and Japan. She is passionate about providing high-quality care with the newest knowledge and technologies in a compassionate environment. She loves getting to know patients and helping to maintain and improve their oral health and smile.

She lives in Mill Creek with her husband, Ray, and a loving golden retriever, Lana. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, doing yoga, and playing tennis.

Cheryl

Dental Assistant

Cheryl has been in the field of dentistry for over 25 years. She has worked in our office for most of them. Cheryl assists with all clinical procedures and excels at helping our patients achieve the beautiful smiles they deserve. Cheryl specializes in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. Her cosmetic dentistry skills have been enhanced at PacLive. PacLive is one of dentistry’s premier live patient, hands-on continuing education programs in the United States.

Cheryl is often complimented for being attentive to our patient’s needs, ensuring they understand and are comfortable during all phases of smile design. Cheryl is comfortable with the latest developments in dental technology and materials, therefore allowing her to provide the highest standard of care and comfort to our patients.

Cheryl and her husband keep busy with their three sons and many outdoor activities.

Stacy

Dental Assistant

Stacy has worked at our practice since 1991. She started out as a patient and decided to go through the dental assistant program at Lake Washington Technical College. Stacy’s goal is to make all of our new patients comfortable, and she goes to all lengths to create a five-star atmosphere. She is our concierge for outstanding patient relations. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care with the greatest amount of comfort. Stacy assists with all clinical procedures and always goes the extra mile to make our patients feel at home. She keeps our team organized and running smoothly and timely.

Stacy also oversees and manages our sedation dentistry program. Sedation dentistry is a safe, sleep-like state where you are comfortable and at ease, allowing you to complete years’ worth of dentistry in just one or two visits.

Stacy and her husband enjoy taking family vacations and spending time with friends. They always welcome the opportunity to escape to Las Vegas for a bit of gambling; however, their true fortune is at home with their 12-year-old twins.
